Refund Policy

At Artifyl, we create and sell digital products — printable planners, templates, eBooks, and creative tools designed to make your life easier and your brand stand out.

Because our products are instantly available for download right after purchase, all sales are final once the product has been delivered.

💾 1. Digital Delivery

All Artifyl products are digital downloads — you won’t receive anything physical in the mail.
Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll instantly receive:

  • A confirmation email with your download link(s)

  • Access to your purchased files directly through our digital delivery system

As soon as you access or download your files, your order is marked as fulfilled and completed.
This access log is considered proof of delivery.

💸 2. No Refunds or Cancellations

Since digital files can’t be “returned,” we don’t offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a product has been accessed or downloaded.

By purchasing, you agree that:

  • You gain instant access to the files after checkout

  • You can’t cancel or request a refund once your download is available

If there’s ever a technical issue on our end (like you didn’t receive your link or your file is corrupted), contact us within 48 hours of your purchase — we’ll happily fix it or re-send your files.

🧾 3. Order Records

For your security (and ours), our system automatically records:

  • The date/time of your order

  • Payment authorization details (including CVV verification)

  • The IP address and location used at checkout

  • The date/time your download link was accessed

This helps confirm that your product was delivered successfully in case of any payment dispute.

💳 4. About Chargebacks

If you ever see an unfamiliar charge from Artifyl, please reach out to us first at info@artifyl.com, we’ll help you sort it out quickly.

Filing a chargeback after receiving a digital product is considered unauthorized use of the content. It can also delay your refund process with your bank.
We’re always here to help resolve any issue directly and fairly.

Can’t download your file? Trouble opening it?
No worries — send us a message at info@artifyl.com within 48 hours of purchase. We’ll make sure you get full access to what you paid for.

⚖️ 6. Legal Notice

This policy doesn’t override your rights under consumer law.
Where applicable, Artifyl will comply with any legal obligations regarding digital content and fair trading standards.
